C.     Methamphetamine

I.      Anabolic Steroids

1.  Examples of street names include Testosterone (T/E ratio), Stanazolol, Nandrolene

2.  Medical uses – Hormone Replacement Therapy

5.  Period of Detection (used one time) - Oral: up to 3 weeks (for testosterone and others); Injected: up to 3 months (Nandrolene up to 9 months)

III.             Opioids and Morphine Derivatives

B.     Heroin
